+ Rinse thoroughly in cold water twice using the same figure 8 motion.

+ Dab gently with a towel to remove excess water. DO NOT SQUEEZE OR TWIST.

+ Spray generously with Leave In Conditioner.

+ Let air dry on a wig stand. DO NOT BRUSH OR COMB YOUR WIG WHILE WET!

CLEANSING THE HAIR:
+ Before shampooing, gently remove all tangles. If hair is excessively tangled, use a quality leave-in conditioner & detangler.
+ Run the hair under warm water, place a small amount of a quality moist shampoo on your fingers, and gently work the shampoo into the hair, stroking downward from the base to the ends. Do not twist, scrub or rub the hair. Use the shampoo sparingly.
+ When clean, rinse thoroughly under warm running water until the water runs clear. Be sure to rinse until all shampoo is removed, as improper rinsing could result in damage

CONDITIONING THE HAIR:
+ After shampooing, gently towel blot to remove excess water.
+ Spray an even amount of a quality leave-in conditioner & detangler on the wig and gently work through.
+ While still wet, use a wide toothed styling comb to remove tangles. To minimize breakage, comb out the tangles in a gentle downward motion starting at the ends and working up to the base. Do not use a bristle brush on wet hair as it may pull out or break the hair.
+ Do not rinse out.
+ Hang to air dry, set in rollers or use a blow dryer on a low setting, as desired.
· NOTE: If the hair is excessively dry, a "professional" conditioner may be necessary. Consult your stylist about this.

STYLING THE HAIR:
+ Steam rollers or wet setting are the safest way to curl human hair.
+ Blow dryers, curling irons and other thermal tools may be used on low settings. Remember, the hair may scorch if the setting is too high.
+ Any cutting or chemical processes such as perming or coloring of human hair pieces should be done by a professional stylist.

Important General Care Instructions

+ Wigs should always be on a wig stand when drying.
+ Wigs should be stored on a wig stand to maintain the shape of the wig.
+ Leave In Conditioner should be generously sprayed on your wig after every time you wear it, whether you are washing it or not. Keeping the fibers conditioned will greatly increase the life of your wig.
+ Wigs should always be combed/brushed starting at the bottom and working your way up.
+ Never pull on the fibers when combing, brushing, or styling your wig or they will break off and come loose from the wig cap.
+ All wigs can be cut but only by a professional hair salon. Cutting a wig is much different than cutting your real hair.
+ Human hair wigs can be colored but only by a professional hair salon. You should never attempt to lighten a wig. Because of the processes it is put through to achieve the end color, trying to lighten it will break down the fibers. Color should only be deposited onto your wig. Always buy a wig you are planning on coloring in a shade lighter than you want the end result.
+ Heat friendly wigs can be blown dry and can be curled or straighten at temperatures no higher than 350 degrees.
+ You should not wear your wig if you are using the oven at temperatures over 350 degrees. Temperatures higher than 350 degrees will singe your wig when you open the oven door.

Repair Information

+ The lace on wigs for women can fray, fall apart, or lose hair due to stretching or itching and rubbing. We recommend using a solution called "Fray Check" that can be found at any fabric store to prevent this from happening.
